In terms of Regulation 30 (5) of SEBI (LODR), 2015, Board has authorized Ms. Khushboo Gulati (ACS:42502), Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company for the determination and disclosure of Materiality of Events or Information to Stock Exchange Pursuant to said Regulation.
