In terms of Code of Conduct to Regulate, monitor and report trading window by designated persons in securities of the company (Insider Trading code), the ''trading window'' for trading in securities of the company shall remain closed for company employees/directors/promoters and designated persons and connected persons in terms of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, from 1st October, 2026 upto 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ending september, 2026
