Shalibhadra Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/09/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Shalibhadra Finance Limited (the 'Company') will be held on Wednesday, 2nd September, 2026, inter-alia, to consider and recommend dividend on equity shares, if any.Further, pursuant to the Code of Practice & Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (the 'Code'), the Trading Window Close Period of the Company will commence from 29th August, 2026 for the designated persons and connected persons covered under the Code, and trading window close period will end on 4th September, 2026.
