Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that Mr. Manan Rajesh Patel, Director (DIN: 03496656) of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the post of Executive Director vide her resignation letter dated September 07, 2026, pursuant to the completion of the open offer process in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. He shall be relieved from the services of Directorship of the Company with effect from the closure of business hours on September 07, 2026.
