Subject: Intimation of Subscription of Right Shares by Directors and Substantial Shareholders

We hereby inform you that the Directors and substantial shareholders of Shadab Textile Mills Limited have subscribed to their respective entitlement of Right Shares. In this regard, an amount of Rs. 141,277,760/- (Rupees One Hundred Forty One Million Two Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty only) representing 3,531,944 Right Shares at a price of Rs. 40/- per share, constituting 56.51% of the total Right Issue, has been deposited on March 16, 2026 in accordance with the provisions of the Companies (Further Issue of Shares) Regulations, 2020.
The Auditors' Certificate confirming the said subscription will be submitted to the Exchange in due course.
