SGS: Excellent Half Year Results, Strategy 27 Fully Successful

• Sales of CHF 3 683 million, up 7.6% compared to prior year
• Organic¹ sales growth of 5.6%, supported by strong acceleration in Q2 at 5.9%
• Adjusted operating income¹ margin up 20 basis points to 15.1% of sales
• EPS before headquarters disposal¹ up 14.5%
• Free cash flow¹ of CHF 260 million, up 25.0%²
• Outlook 2026 confirmed

"In the first half of 2026, we achieved strong organic growth, further margin expansion and record cash generation, despite the situation in the Middle East. Growth accelerated in Q2, led by our strategic pillars Digital Trust and Sustainability. Applied Technical Services (ATS) delivered a strong performance and started to realize synergies.
