This dual appointment reflects the companies’ appreciation for Mr. Daimon’s contributions to the development and growth of their flagship brand, Shinju Japanese Whisky, as well as his cultural and operational expertise and alignment with the companies’ long-term global growth strategy. Mr. Daimon will continue to serve as the lead operations liaison between Shinju Spirits and its Japanese distillery, logistics partners, and other strategic relationships in the region. In this role, he will oversee production execution, regulatory compliance, logistics coordination, and product innovation for Shinju Whisky and related offerings, while driving cross-border alignment and market integration initiatives on behalf of both Shinju Spirits and the Company.
