This is with reference to the Capital Reduction of Seshachal Technologies Ltd approved by the Hon'ble High Court, with record date fixed as October 13, 2016 as per BSE notice dated 04.10.2016. The trading of the company was under suspension w.e.f October 10, 2016. However inadvertently there was trading in the company from July 1, 2020 to July 10, 2020 on BSE Exchange on account of resumption of trading resulting in change of beneficial ownership after the record date. Accordingly, it is proposed to fix a revised record date on Monday, September 29, 2025 to regularise and comply with the Hon'ble High Court Order and Depository processes.
