Maira is a results-driven Sales and Marketing leader with demonstrated success driving company growth through strategic partner alliances, new market cultivation, and revenue expansion. Maira will serve as a consultative resource to end-users in mission-critical sectors and will cultivate opportunities for Senstar's video management, video analytics, access control and perimeter intrusion detection solutions. She will also engage with key account partners, A&Es and security consultants to champion the proven effectiveness of Senstar technologies in the fortification of vital infrastructure and assets. Prior to joining Senstar, Maira held progressively senior Marketing and Sales roles at Southwest Microwave over two decades, introducing strategic initiatives to enhance the company's global brand recognition, market penetration and business growth in the Americas / APAC region. During her early career, she pioneered a significant southwestern US presence for Medeco Security Locks (ASSA ABLOY) and seeded the international marketplace with a niche line of technical training resources for locksmiths at KABA Ilco.
