The Performance Rights were issued pursuant to the Senetas Employee Share Option Plan and are divided equally into two tranches, each with an individual Performance Condition. The Tranches and Performance Conditions are:
Tranche 1 - 50% of the Performance Rights will vest upon achievement of performance targets set by the Board. There is no vesting scale associated with this Performance Condition; and
Tranche 2 - 50% of the Performance Rights will vest upon 12 months of continued service.
