Sendero Resources Announces Option Grants (TheNewswire)     Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire - February 6, 2026 – Sendero Resources Corp. (TSXV: SEND) (the “Company” or “Sendero”) reports that pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, it has granted stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company to purchase an aggregate of 625,000 common shares in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of $1.50 per share, which expire on February 6, 2031.  This stock option grant is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange").    About Sendero Resources Corp. The Company is focused on copper-gold exploration at its 100% owned Peñas Negras Project in the Vicuña Belt in Argentina. The Peñas Negras Project has similar geological characteristics to other deposits in the Vicuña Belt and multiple porphyry and high-sulfidation epithermal targets have been identified on the project. The centre of the Peñas Negras concession area is situated approximately 18 km southeast of Caserones mine operated by Lundin Mining, approximately 24 km northeast of NGEx Minerals’ Lunahuasi project, and about 32 km north-northeast of BHP-Lundin Mining’s Filo del Sol advanced exploration and development stage project. The Company also has an option to earn an 100% interest on eight additional granted mining concessions covering 91.7 km2.
