Due to the recent situation in the Middle East, various costs—including raw material prices, logistics expenses, and energy costs—have increased sharply within a short period of time. While we have made every possible effort to absorb these increased costs internally, we regret to inform you that it is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain the current terms and conditions.

Accordingly, with respect to selling prices and supply volumes from mid-April onward, there may be a need for us to consult with you based on the prevailing circumstances.
