CSafe Global Coöperatief U.A., a global provider of end-to-end temperature-controlled shipping solutions for the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors, will occupy 9,723 sq m at Dreamstreet 21, Schiphol Trade Park, a sustainable and innovative logistics and business park near Schiphol Airport. With this agreement, SEGRO supports the continued growth of an internationally oriented occupier at a strategic location within the Schiphol corridor, well suited to international supply chains and time-critical logistics services. Future-ready logistics space The warehouse is part of SEGRO Logistic Centre Schiphol, a gas-free logistics centre located at Schiphol Trade Park, directly next to Schiphol Airport and offering excellent connections to the A4, A5 and A9 motorways. This makes Dreamstreet a strong location for companies for whom speed, international accessibility and operational reliability are essential. Dreamstreet 21 has been developed with a clear focus on quality and sustainability. The building holds a BREEAM-NL Excellent certification and is equipped with fully electric installations and energy-efficient features, including solar panels and LED lighting. To enable the next phase of its growth, the company will relocate to Dreamstreet 21, almost doubling its footprint in a high-quality, future-ready facility. CSafe is expected to complete its move to Dreamstreet 21 during the second half of 2026. Following the relocation, the company will vacate its current premises at Tufsteen. In addition to SEGRO Logistic Centre Schiphol Hoofddorp, SEGRO also operates logistics centres in Eindhoven, Tilburg, Roosendaal, Breda, Venray, Heerlen and Oosterhout.
