SECURE ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY PLC - NOTIFICATION OF BOARD MEETING
This is to notify Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that a meeting of the Board of Secure Electronic Technology Plc ("SET Plc" or "the Company") will be held on Thursday, 20 March 2025 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements for the Year ended 31 December 2024, among other matters for deliberation.
As previously communicated to insiders in compliance with Rule 17.18 of the Issuers Rules 2015 (as amended), a Closed Period commenced on 1 January 2025 and shall remain in force until 24 (twenty-four) hours after the filing of the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 with NGX and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and published.
Consequently, no insider of Secure Electronic Technology Plc may deal in the Company's shares either directly or indirectly until 24 hours after the Audited Financial Statements are published.
