ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MAY 12, 2026PUBLICATION OF THE PREPARATORY DOCUMENTS
Groupe SEB informs its shareholders that the Combined General Meeting (Ordinary and Extraordinary) will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. at Pavillon Gabriel, 5 avenue Gabriel, 75008 Paris.
The preliminary notice of meeting was published in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales et Obligatoires) n°30 of March 11, 2026. It contains the agenda and draft resolutions as approved by the Board of Directors.
The notice of meeting will be published in the BALO and JAL (Journal d'Annonces Légales) on Wednesday, April 15, 2026.
The convening brochure and its addendum (including the voting form) will be sent to the registered shareholders from April 15, 2026 and are available on the Group's website.
