The letter of intent was executed by the parties in the fourth quarter of2010 with definitive agreements currently in final negotiation.
SearchlightSolutions will benefit through consolidation offinancials while building their “in-house” technology support team from within.
SearchlightSolutions will continue to pursue suitable candidates for acquisition who arein need of their services that will increase the overall value of the company.It is anticipated that this will include several acquisition offers over thenext twelve to eighteen months.
SearchlightSolutions will also begin establishing a high-tech consultancy to furtherassist with the evaluation of the validity of up and coming technologies.
