Sea Oil Public Company Limited (the "Company"), would like to inform you that Sea Oil Offshore Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company in Labuan, Malaysia, having paid-up capital of USD 30,000 has been completely dissolved and liquidated. However, the dissolution will not affect the Company's business operation in any way because such a subsidiary has ceased its business operation for a while.
