(the "Company") (SVP.H-TSXV) further to its news release dated November 2, 2015, November 13, 2015, December 1, 2015 and December 21, 2015 provides an update on the status of the delay in filing of its audited annual financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2015 and related Management's Discussion & Analysis, Annual Information Form and CEO and CFO certifications for the financial year ended June 30, 2015 (collectively, the "2015 Annual Financial Statements" and/or the "Required Filings") by October 29, 2015, the required date.
Effective January 4, 2016 the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") suspended trading in the Company's securities as a result of a Cease Trade Order ("CTO") issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission restricting all trading in securities of the Company until such time as the 2015 Annual Financial Statements have been filed by the Company and the Exchange has concluded its reinstatement review.
The Company confirms that it intends to satisfy the provisions of the alternative information guidelines described in section 4.3 and 4.4 of National Policy 12-203 Cease Trade Orders for Continuous Disclosure Defaults, for so long as it remains in default of the requirement to file the Required Filings.
