1% trailer fee on all Saxon equity funds
TORONTO, Jan. 22 /CNW/ - Saxon Financial Inc. (TSX: SFI) recently launched Advisor Series, a front-load series that offers a 1% trailer fee on all Saxon equity funds.
Targeted for investors who use the services of a financial advisor, Advisor Series offers Saxon's value investment expertise and competitive management fees. "In launching Advisor Series, Saxon recognizes the value of professional financial advice while maintaining its commitment to fair pricing," said Allan Smith, President and CEO. "Saxon believes in tailored, fair and transparent pricing for all investors, whether it's those seeking advice or the do-it-yourself investor."
Saxon will absorb all operating expenses of Advisor Series, as it has always done with its original Investor Series and F Series.
Saxon's newest fund offerings will also be available in Advisor Series. These include Saxon Microcap Fund, the only value style microcap fund in Canada, Saxon U.S. Small Cap Fund and Saxon Global Small Cap Fund. All three specialty funds extend Saxon's 22-year small cap investment expertise to offer investors greater choice in this sector.
Saxon mutual funds are available in the following series:
Advisor Series units are intended for purchase by investors who require a
financial advisor, other than those who hold units in a fee-based account
(see F-Series).
Investor Series units are intended for self-directed investors - those
who do not require the services of a financial advisor.
F-Series units are available solely to investors who purchase Saxon
mutual funds through financial advisors offering fee-based accounts.
B-Series units are available to certain high net worth and institutional
investors, including other funds.
