The shares acquired represent 33.67% of the issued shares of Guardian Capital Partners PLC. 7,742,800 shares have been acquired by Shaw Wallace Investments PLC at a price of Rs. 32.30/- per share for a total consideration of Rs. 252.13 Million. The shares acquired represents 29.97% of the issued shares of Guardian Capital Partners PLC. Effective date of transaction is 28th October 2021.
