DISCLOSURE In terms of Section 8 of the Listing Rules we write to inform that Shaw Wallace & Hedges Limited and Shaw Wallace Investments PLC, which are subsidiaries of the Company, has acquired shares of Guardian Capital Partners PLC as follows: 8,700,000 shares have been purchased by Shaw Wallace & Hedges Limited at a price of Rs. 32.30/- per share for a total consideration of Rs. 283.24 Million. The shares acquired represent 33.67% of the issued shares of Guardian Capital Partners PLC. 7,742,800 shares have been acquired by Shaw Wallace Investments PLC at a price of Rs. 32.30/- per share for a total consideration of Rs. 252.13 Million. The shares acquired represents 29.97% of the issued shares of Guardian Capital Partners PLC. Effective date of transaction is 28th October 2021.
