Issuance of Shares by Sapphire Fihres Limited as per Scheme of Arrangement In lieu ofMerger

This is with reference to your confirmation letter dated April 23, 2026 along with Auditor certificate regarding the captioned subject. In this regard, we are pleased to infoiin you that 1,321,967 securities of Sapphire Fibres Limited (SFL) have been credited into respective accounts and /or sub-accounts in the Central Depository System at end of day of April 24, 2026 in exchange of shares of Reliance Cotton Spinning Mills Limited (RCML) with a swap ratio of(0.40 shares of SFL for every 1 share of(RCML) respectively in accordance with Merger Entitlement List as of April 16, 2026.

The securities "Reliance Cotton Spinning Mills Ltd." has been revoked from the Central Depository System.

According to our records, the revised paid-up capital of Sapphire Fibres Limited (SFL) is 24,871,228 shares.
