Sanwa Holdings Corporation (hereinafter "Sanwa") is pleased to announce that Overhead Door Corporation ("ODC"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sanwa, has acquired the business and operating assets of Motion Access, LLC, a leading provider of automatic pedestrian door solutions, specializing in door operators, replacement parts, retrofit solutions, and rebuilt equipment.

Sanwa, operating in four main regions globally, namely Japan, North America, Europe, and Asia, is a major global player in the steel building products industry through our "Expand and Strengthen Core Business Sector" strategy.
ODC is a leading manufacturer and distributor of garage doors, commercial doors, door openers and automatic doors in North America.
Motion Access is widely respected for its technical expertise and customer support and a trusted provider of automatic entrance solutions. This acquisition strengthens our aftermarket and service capabilities, expands our product offering, and further enhances our competitive position in the automatic entrance market.
