with reference to SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018, we hereby confirm that our company i.e. SANTOSH FINE-FAB LIMITED, is not a large Corporate as per frame work and applicability criteria given under the aforesaid circular and therefore it is not applicable to the company.
