The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the 66th Annual General Meeting, recommended the re-appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse & Co. Chartered Accountants LLP as Statutory Auditors for a period of five years, from the conclusion of the Sixty-sixth AGM, until the conclusion of the seventy-first AGM of the Company.
