Notice Regarding the Closure of Netherlands Local Subsidiary
Sankyu Inc. would like to inform you about the closure of Sankyu Europe B.V. (hereinafter referred to as SEBV), which has been focused on development of the international logistics business in Europe.
SEBV was established in 1991, prior to the creation of the EU, to provide international logistics services for the global business as well as preparing facility in Europe; however, we have decided to close SEBV due to the changes in the external environment.
Going forward, we will continue our international forwarding operations in collaboration with partner companies in Europe, and will continue to provide warehousing, domestic
transportation and engineering services in the same quality as before.
Please note that SEBV has not been included in our consolidated results.
