(TSX:SVY) have agreed to the terms of a cash and share takeover offer from Total Energy Services Inc. (TSX:TOT). Shareholders of Savanna Energy Services will receive 0.13 shares of Total Energy Services and $CDN0.20 cash for each share held. The shares of Savanna Energy Services will be removed from the S&P/TSX SmallCap Index prior to the open of trading on Friday, May 5, 2017 .
