4. Regarding the change of representative directors, the decision of candidates for directors
The chairman of the board of directors will resign due to work adjustment within the Hisense Home Appliances Group (Hisense Home Appliances Group Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries, hereinafter referred to as 'the Group'), which is the parent company group of the Company. As a successor, we have appointed Gao Yuling as a candidate for director. Gao Yuling has served as a director of Hisense Home Appliances Group Co., Ltd. and has abundant experience in company management. We believe that reflecting that knowledge and experience in the management of the Company will contribute to strengthening the functions of the Board of Directors.
