Announcing Key Policies for Future Growth at This Historic Milestone - Sanden Corporation (Head Office: Isesaki, Gunma, Japan; hereinafter 'Sanden') held its 100th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on March 31, 2026, at the Sanden Communication Plaza, Sanden's facility located in Honjo, Saitama.
A large number of shareholders attended the meeting, and all four proposals on the agenda were approved as originally proposed.
The 100th fiscal period marks an important milestone for Sanden, reflecting a long history of continued
business operations and serving as a new starting point toward future growth.
At the beginning of the meeting, Xu Zhan, Representative Director, President and Chief Executive Officer, delivered the following message to shareholders.
Sanden will continue to place great importance on its relationships with all stakeholders, including its

It is thanks to your long-standing support that we are able to celebrate this major milestone today-the 100th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to all our shareholders.
The year 2026 marks a very important point for us, as it represents the midpoint toward achieving our Medium-Term Business Plan, 'SHIFT2028.' To realize this plan, we will continue to focus on the NEV (New Energy Vehicle) market, which is positioned as a key pillar of the plan's basic policies. Centering on the competitiveness of our electric compressors, we will accelerate our move to become a full-solution supplier for integrated thermal management.
We have positioned this year as a 'Year of Transformation.' With a strong customer-first mindset, every employee will strive to drive change, pursue greater speed and efficiency, and secure solid profitability. Guided by these action principles, the entire Sanden Group will work together to advance our daily business activities.
This year also marks the 84th anniversary of our founding. Since our establishment, we have continued our business activities guided by our founding spirit, 'Let us Develop with Wisdom and Prosper in Harmony.'
As an independent company that does not belong to any automotive OEM group, we are able to gain a
comprehensive understanding of diverse customer requirements and development trends across the
industry. In addition, our global five-region structure enables local development, local production, and local supply, allowing us to maintain a stable supply while mitigating geopolitical risks and fluctuations in demand.
