The exchange is hereby informed that Sampre Nutrition Holdings Limited, (a wholly owned subsidiary of Sampre Nutritions Limited) has entered into a Land Purchase and Allocation Agreement with Orascom Industrial Parks, Egypt for establishing food processing, confectionery manufacturing plant and facilities.
