(i) In compliance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results along with the limited review report, is attached for the first quarter ended 30 June 2026 for the financial year 2026-27; (ii) Approval of the 35th AGM of the Company to be held on VC/OAVM Mode on Friday, 04 September 2026, at 11:00 A.M. (IST); and (iii) Proposal to revise the remuneration to Vishal Ratan Gurbani, Whole-time Director of the Company from INR 18 Lakhs per annum to INR 60 Lakhs per annum with effect from 01 April 2026, subject to the approval of the members of the company in the ensuing AGM.
