Sale of Gjensidige's Baltic operations completed

Reference is made to the stock exchange release dated 25 July 2024 regardingGjensidige Forsikring ASA's agreement to sell its subsidiary ADB Gjensidige(Gjensidige's operations in the Baltics) to ERGO International AG, managingERGOGroup's international business portfolio. The transaction has now beencompleted.Gjensidige has received proceeds of approximately EUR 99 million from the saleof ADB Gjensidige, based on estimated equity for ADB Gjensidige as at 31December 2025.
