Reference is made to the stock exchange release dated 25 July 2024 regardingGjensidige Forsikring ASA's agreement to sell its subsidiary ADB Gjensidige(Gjensidige's operations in the Baltics) to ERGO International AG, managingERGOGroup's international business portfolio. The transaction has now beencompleted.
Gjensidige has received proceeds of approximately EUR 99 million from the saleof ADB Gjensidige, based on estimated equity for ADB Gjensidige as at 31December 2025. This will have a positive impact on the Group's solvency ratiointhe first quarter of 2026 by approximately 5 percentage points, based on theapproved partial internal model as of 30 September 2025.
