22 May 2026 Camellia Plc ('Camellia', the 'Company') Sale of Chalouni Tea Estate   Further to the announcement on 7 April 2026, Camellia notes the disclosure by Goodricke Group Limited (a 74% owned Indian subsidiary of Camellia) on 21 May 2026 to the Bombay Stock Exchange of the execution of the sale agreement for its Chalouni Tea Estate. Gross proceeds are estimated at INR 190m (c. £1.47m).
