From 1 April 2026, the salary increase of 0.9% will benefit the approximately 9,500 Swisscom employees who are subject to the collective employment agreement. In order to take into account employee performance and the rate of salary increases in line with the market, most employees will receive a general percentage salary increase that varies depending on their position in the remuneration band. Around half of the payroll increase is earmarked for individual salary increases. Employees whose salary is above the salary band will receive a one-off payment.

Klementina Pejic, Head of Group Human Resources, Swisscom:

'Our employees once again showed great commitment to our customers and to Swisscom in 2025. Many thanks for your assistance. Our strong business results enable us to let our employees share in that success. With this year's salary agreement, we honour this achievement and ensure that, as a good employer, we pay salaries in line with the market in addition to attractive fringe benefits. It is important to us to make appropriate salary adjustments even in an environment of low inflation. With this in mind, I welcome the agreement reached with our social partners.'
