Pursuant to regulation 30 read with Para A of schedule III of the listing Regulation, We wish to inform you that the Board of directors of the company on the recommendation of Audit committee, has by way resolution passed through circulation on 18th July 2025 approved the appointment of M/s SDM & Associates, Cost Accountants as the cost auditor of the company for the Financial Year 2025-26.
