In accordance with Clause 5.6.1(a)(xii) of the PSX Rule Book, we hereby inform you that Mr. Sohail Hussain Hydari has tendered his resignation from the position of the Chief Executive Officer of Sail Power Limited ("the Company") with effect from October 15, 2025, due to health reasons.
We extend our sincere appreciation to Mr. Sohail Hussain Hydari for his valuable contributions to the Company and wish him a continued good health.
The casual vacancy arising from his resignation will be filled by the Board of Directors of the Company in due course.
