Sabrimala Industries India Ltd. has to inform BSE that, with reference to the intimation dated 12/08/2026 filed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Item no. 2 of the said submission shall be read as "Ms. Sangeeta Harpalani (DIN: 00094706) has been appointed as Additional Director (Executive) of the Company exclusively and not as CFO and shall not be designated / appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company."
