In accordance with the provisions of Article 29 of the Network Code on Capacity Allocation Mechanisms (CAM NC), on 1 July 2024, incremental capacity auctions were held within the incremental capacity procedure on the IP Negru Voda 1/Kardam (BG→RO) for the capacity levels defined in the joint project proposal of Bulgartransgaz and Transgaz approved by Decision No. ПДК-3/26.04.20204 of the Bulgarian Regulatory Authority (EWRC) and by Decision of the Romanian ANRE No. 798/22.04.2024.
There were no requests for incremental capacity offers within the auctions.
Therefore, the incremental capacity procedure was unsuccessful at the interconnection point IP Negru Voda 1/Kardam (BG→RO) and the process was declared closed.
