Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the company has approved the appointment of M/s AKGVG & Associates, Chartered Accountant (FRN 018598N) as new statutory auditor subject to the approval of shareholders to fill the casual vacancy to hold office from 11th December, 2024 upto conclusion of AGM for the F.Y 2024-2025.
