In accordance with Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Rule Book, we wish to inform you that Crescent Star Insurance Limited (CSIL) has nominated its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Nairn Anwar, for appointment to the Board of Directors of SG Power Limited. The Board of Directors has approved his appointment as Director in place of Mr. Salim Razak Tabani, effective 7 January 2026.
Following this, the Board has also appointed Mr. Nairn Anwar as Chairman of the Board of Directors of SG Power Limited, with effect from 7 January 2026.
