Ryan Kalt Announces Acquisition of Common Shares of Brades Resource Corp. - ("BRA")
Calgart, Alberta CANADA, August 15, 2013 /FSC/ -Mr. Ryan Kalt reports that effective August 15, 2013 he has acquired 2,500,000 common shares in the capital of Brades Resource Corp. (BRA - TSX Venture) pursuant to a Purchase and Sale Agreement dated July 15, 2013. The Common Shares were purchased at a deemed price of $0.10 per Common Share. The 2,500,000 Common Shares acquired represent 14.21% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of Brades Resource Corp. as at August 15, 2013.
There are no other persons acting jointly or in concert with Mr. Kalt.
Mr. Kalt effected the acquisition of Common Shares of Brades Resource Corp. for investment purposes and reserves the right to purchase additional securities of of Brades Resource Corp. from time to time and to dispose of any securities of of Brades Resource Corp. that he may own.
