Russia's No. 2 lender VTB RUS:VTBR expects to raise 80 billion roubles ($1.02 billion) in an additional share issue, CEO Andrei Kostin said on Thursday. "The state will not participate in this additional issue, it will be private," Kostin said. The bank will determine the exact size of the capital raised after June 30. ($1 = 78.3705 roubles)
