VANCOUVER, March 5 /CNW/ - Rusoro Mining Ltd. ("Rusoro") and Mena Resources Inc. ("Mena") are pleased to announce that Rusoro's acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding securities of Mena has now closed and, all release conditions having been satifisifed and the Subscription Receipts exercised, the net proceeds of $67,750,810 plus accrued interest from Mena's private placement of Subscription Receipts have been released from escrow and paid to Mena. As consideration for the acquisition of all of the common shares of Mena, Rusoro has issued 31,424,255 common shares. Rusoro now has 142,855,106 common shares issued and outstanding. Mena is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rusoro and Mena's shares will be de-listed from the TSX Venture Exchange at the close of trading on March 6, 2007.
