Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as ammended and the Company''s Code of Practices & procedures for fair disclosures and the Code of Conduct on Prohibition of Insider Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, the trading window for trading in securities of the Company shall remain close for Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st July, 2025 till 48hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025.
