We refer to our earlier intimation dated 13th November, 2024, wherein we informed about the approval for appointment of Mr. Kailash Lal Agarwal, as an additional Independent Director on the board of the Company w.e.f 2nd December, 2024.We wish to inform you that the appointment of Mr. Kailash Lal Agarwal could not be completed as scheduled due to unavailability of DIN. The said appointment will be completed in near future after completion of necessary formailties.
