18 December 2025 Audioboom Group plc ("Audioboom" or the "Company" ) Rule 2.9 Announcement In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Audioboom confirms that, as at the date of this announcement, its issued ordinary share capital consists of 17,984,655 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares"). This follows the issue of 7,500 new Ordinary Shares which have been issued to satisfy the exercise of existing share options under the Company's Share Option Scheme 2014 by non-PDMR employees whose options were to lapse shortly. The International Securities Identification Number for Audioboom's Ordinary Shares is JE00BJYJFG60 . The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company is 17,984,655. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
