In accordance with Rule 2.10 of The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Celtic
Resources confirms that it has following relevant securities in issue;
• 48,364,976 ordinary shares of €0.25 each traded under ISIN IE0031880887;
• 9,584 unlisted warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares at a price of
£1.10 per share
• 542,735 unlisted warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares at a price of
€1.625 per share
• 300,000 warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares at a price of £1.563
per share
• 12,187 warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares at a price of £2.00 per
share
• 2,766,143 warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares at a price of $7.562
per share; and
• 2,841,910 warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares at a price of £2.50
per share
