Resignation of Ms. Ayushi Singh as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company.The Board considered and accepted the request for waiver of the balance notice period and, accordingly, accepted the resignation of Ms. Ayushi Singh from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from 28th July, 2026, subject to completion of the necessary formalities.2.
