The trading window for dealing in Company''s Equity shares shall remain closed from October 01, 2026 for Promoters, Promoter Group, Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives. The closure is in connection with the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The trading window shall open after 48 hrs of the declaration of the said financial results to the Stock Exchange.
