The trading window for dealing in Company''s Equity shares shall remain closed from July 01, 2025 for Promoters, Promoter Group, Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives. The closure is in connection with declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. the Trading window shall open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to stock exchanges.
